Our first floor location and parking right in front makes unloading the car super easy. No one likes unloading the car from miles away and then climbing sets of stairs. This space is centrally located and is a five minute walk (.2 miles) to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Space has new fireplace and master bedroom has a BRAND-NEW Sealy pillow top king bed for your comfort. Two full bathrooms makes this space ideal for larger groups. Newer furniture and thoughtful touches throughout makes this a comfortable and convenient stay. TVs in both bedrooms and living room as well as game closet for family game night. HOA has pool, hot tub, sauna, game/rec room and tennis court for your pleasure. Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need from blender, to rice cooker to all the pots and pans in good condition. Table seats six with seating at the bar. Private outside deck for enjoying your morning coffee and breathing in crisp mountain air. Come and enjoy!

Our stay here

This condo is perfect for families. With a nice king in the master and bunk beds and a queen bed in the kids room. It has a great centralized location. You are 10 minutes away from several beautiful lakes and June Lake being an easy 20 min drive. I was thankful the owner was just a text away and responded promptly. I loved that table sat six, along with the oversized couch. This condo has an open concept plan which makes the whole stay a bonding experience.

Mammoth ski trip Alvarado family 2023

Enjoy the stay and also close to the ski mountain.Overall awesome, we had a blast skiing and not to mention our confy stay
