This recently remodeled condo is my full-time residence and only available on a very limited basis. The unit is located on the second floor and is an end unit in the Mountain Shadows Condominium complex. The Green-Line shuttle service conveniently located steps off the property. The Green-Line shuttle will take you directly to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15, 25 & 9) in less than 8 minutes. The Red-Line stop #9 is located two blocks away and will take you to The Village and Main Lodge.

Condo: This roomy condo has high ceilings and accommodates 4 person max. There is one (1) queen bed, and full bath/shower in the loft and one (1) queen wall bed with a full bath/shower on the main floor.
There is a spacious kitchen for your culinary needs. The kitchen includes granite counter-tops with subway tile, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with the following: Refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, cookware, bakeware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee pot.
The main living area includes a wall bed with lighting, pull-out nightstand, 3 drawers and a built-in closet for clothes. The couch includes two reclining seats to relax in front of the wood-burning stove. There is a full stereo system and smart T.V. with cable and WIFI.
The mudroom has a ton of storage space for your gear including a ski and snowboard rack.
The dining room includes a table for four that folds for additional floor space if needed and bar with two bars stools for additional seating.
The loft includes plenty of storage with two dressers, two nightstands with drawers and space to hang your clothes. The windows allow light and the black-out shades ensure a good night's sleep.
This end unit is directly across from the recently remodeled jacuzzi and sauna. The immediate neighbors are full-time residents or second homeowners so the unit stays quiet compared to complexes surrounded by nightly rental units.
Mountain Shadows has 3 jacuzzis, 2 dry saunas, laundry facilities, outdoor swimming pool in summer, barbecues, picnic area. Firewood is provided.
