Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed, the living area has a fold out sofa bed and there is an alcove with kids size bunk beds. This unit has WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Pros: - Solid location near Eagle lodge. - Two parking spaces included. Cons: - Kitchen did not feel adequately cleaned (i.e. old food scraps in refrigerator) - Bedding was older & mattress was uncomfortable. - Wood for fireplace too wet to properly light in wood burning stove.

Summit 234

Property was neat and clean, although very dated in terms of decor throughout. Cabinets in kitchen were very high and hard to reach. Kitchen also lacked a large, 9x13 Pyrex pan to cook food for a family, lacked a broiler pan and cookie sheet as well. Since outdoor grills were closed -and these supplies were not on hand, we could not prepare the dinner we had planned. Also, there was no AC in unit, which I did not realize when booking. It was hit but there were 2 fans. Deck was full of firewood so we could not sit outdoors. The light and fan in the bathroom and the outlet near sink stopped either night before checkout. We tried resetting breaker but did not solve problems. Management was called in morning. This was our third trip to Summit condos, we love the layout & convenience. Having said that though, the complex is in bad shape; peeling paint, dark hallways, ages interiors, cheap toiletries and supplies, so not sure how quickly we will rebook. We love mammoth but it may be time to find a new rental. Thank you.

Poor customer service with Mammoth Reservations

Condo wasn't ready when I checked in, the place was under stocked, only had 2 matches to start fire place, the fire wood was difficult to get to, on deck under packed snow. One heater didn't work properly. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and no hand soap provided. Parking for this unit is in another building. I would prefer NOT to use Mammoth Reservation as point of contact, not helpful at all. The only nice thing about the unit, is the walking distance to the lift.

Good location,spacious

This was our 1st VRBO and i was nervous but I have to say it was better than I expected. This place had a clogged tub but they quickly offered us another unit upon check in. We looked at both and when i saw this unit, i was impressed with the sizes of the bunk beds. We stayed at the other unit bcuz w didn’t have a dog and passed on the clogged tub. The other unit was wonderful — all the same building, location was very convenient to eagle lodge.

Very cozy, clean and well supplied

My kids didn't understand the kitschy country, but they loved the bunk beds, tv and wifi! Very convenient to skiing and we appreciated the small but well appointed kitchen. Sent my family off with a good breakfast and stayed behind to work on the wifi myself. Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was ok

Upon reaching the place, we couldn't find the assigned parking space and also got lost in the building. The place was adequately decorated, equipped, and neat but the bathroom tub was not very clean. The bed was made but i was not sure if ithe sheets were washed, because we found dog hairs. Oh, no wifi in this place. Our stay wasn't so bad after settling in. It's affordable and was accessible to the lifts.
