The employees were very helpful. We loved having underground parking. The breakfast was fabulous. It was easy to get to the bus. The room had clean sheets and towels. Since the wall heater didn’t work there was a space heater. The fridge wasn’t clean, so I let the staff know there was old food inside it.

I get check in is at 3/4. However I was stuck in VERY bad weather and in a 3 hour road block. Turning around wasn’t an option. All roads closed. I got a phone call which I’m surprised went through I barely had service. She asked if I was still coming which was nice of her to call. I said I was stuck. She just wanted to make sure I was coming. I’m confused though. Would they have cancelled my night stay? I get there and there is no parking in the parking garage, I park in some random spot on the side. The girl is super nice and offers up her spot in the other parking garage on the other side. Which was super awesome. The property definitely needs to get more parking for customers. Anyways. We get into the room and right away hit with this terrible smell. Like someone spilled the entire bottle of Tommy girl perfume. That is the worst smell. I had to open the windows. It was so sour and foul. The room hadn’t been swept or vacuumed either. One good thing in the room. Clean sheets. The next morning I went to sit at the end corner of the bed. The whole bed came crashing down. I’m 130lbs. I don’t think I’m fat enough to break a bed. But okay. Breakfast was good in the morning. Tons to eat. It was very loud. My room was almost near the top of the stairs. Which is right near the breakfast area. What happens is people sit out there all night talking loud and in the morning. There are also people that live there who apparently get to smoke weed in their room.

Check in was crazy because of so many people needing to check in. Housekeeping took a long time which is why our check in was late. Breakfast was a mess- the layout causes a bunch of people trying to get food. It was busy and some guests literally took all of the hot did so filling it was slow. Super wash was on the wall near the sink and not in the shower. Room was large and clean. Price was very expensive due to availability and holiday reason (snow!)
