Great hotel just services not always available

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel and great customer service. Pool and hot tub were fab and room was nice and clean with a comfy bed. Only disappointed was the bar and restaurant t not being open the 2 nights we stayed. It’s the height of summer and we’d expect them open every night, not just Thursday to Sunday

Really a cute property. However, the rooms are not carefully cleaned, and some of the amenities on the grounds were closed for the days of our stay. The ground, though I think they were going for a natural feel just we’re not kept nice. Lots of weeds and I might even say some debris that I picked up.

Awesome property. really, one of my favorites for family. My few comments on improvements: 1) use normal bathroom doors... not sliding ones without locks. 2) kitchenette was not equipped for a family of 5, making it hard to cook.

Footstep sounds from room above were so loud we at first wondered if someone was in the room with us. Cheapest, thinnest, most disgusting toilet paper ever. $25 resort fee for just a typical motel. Please, just add the fees to the base price. Will not stay here again.

Beautiful property with lots of outdoor amenities. Unfortunately the first room we were put in, the internet wasn’t working and our cell services wasn’t that great. We decided to call front desk to see if we could possibly get our room switched and found that the phone wasn’t working either. Staff was really friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had.

The layout of the property is unique and I loved the wildflowers planted everywhere. The Sauna unfortunately was out of order, and the only food outlet open on a Wednesday was the breakfast truck. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Great stay

Outbound Mammoth is way beyond your basic hotel. Our room was large, well designed, and super comfortable. The hotel welcomes pets, and has thoughtfully considered the spaces for pets, and their needs. Staff was great, on all shifts. Rooms and public spaces super clean. We will be back!

The room was very comfortable. Spacious. Hot water. Clean. The pool and the jacuzzi are clean. Very dog friendly and dog oriented. Check in was easy so was checkout. The two ladies that helped me in the front desk were very nice and empathetic. HIGHLY recommend.
