Socks on the shoes rack when getting in. So we left them there when checking out, in case someone want them back.
Required check-in time is 4pm, which is after hours but additional parking permit is handed out during office hours? Who designed this rule? This made things much complicated and worse.
We requested for an additional permit through the emergency button at the front desk. Someone took my info and said they would get back to me.
However, no one contacted me that night.
Next morning, another staff called me said my signed contract was gone and asked me to sign again during office hours. This is impossible for a tourist. So I asked him to either: Check the CCTV and found who stole my signed contract, or leave a blank contract together with the requested parking permit in the box so I can sign when I get back.
However, nope again.
Then I pressed that emergency button and finally they sent the on-site staff to solve the problems all at once within 10min.
Now that you can solve the issues within 10min, why did you make it complicated and unpleasant? It wasted my time.
