Perfect location and super convenient access to Canyon gondola as well as the shops/restaurants to the Village. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also accommodated a late check out request. The hotel self parking was also a nice convenience. My room was excellent with a nice view and very clean. The mini fridge and stove and microwave made early morning breakfasts super easy. They also had good coffee in the lobby. Overall a very satisfying stay and I would rebook for another Mammoth Mountain ski trip!

The cleaning people were exceptionally good. I really enjoyed the kitchen as it was well stocked. I didn't give five stars because the Restaurant experience was not good, and I gave a review of the restaurant separately.

The staff members (front desk, bellhops, etc.) were all very friendly and helpful. We had a last-minute special situation to take care of and the concierge, Olivia, took extra time and effort to explain our options and help us make arrangements. The room we had was very clean and nicely appointed. Everything was working. Distance to Village gondola is awesome. Rooms and stairs to the Village could use a little more lighting, but that's true for most places.

Would not say exactly ski in and ski out 75 steep steps up and 75 steps back to the Gondola from the hotel. There is a ski check for guests at the Gondola base and the people there are great. Had three days without hot water that sucked.
