Summary:

This quaint condo places vacationers in an ideal location of Mammoth for year-round festivities. During the winter, there is a free shuttle service to the mountain that stops right next to the complex. The red line shuttle travels to the Village and Main Lodge. A short 2 block walk gets you to restaurants, markets, bars and breweries. Visits during spring and summer will be spent at the Snowcreek Golf Course, hiking, and biking. During these warm seasons the complex also has tennis courts, Jacuzzi, volleyball and horseshoes and a swimming pool. Bring the whole family or a group of friends - this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation rental can house up to 4 guests.



The Space:

This inside of Villa De Los Pinos #45 has an open floor concept connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating arranged around a woodstove and mounted flat screen Smart TV. After a day on the slopes light a fire to warm yourself and create a cozy atmosphere while you curl up on the couch. Everyone will enjoy unwinding in here as you turn a movie on the Smart TV. WIFI is provided for family entertainment.



Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has all appliances you will need and plenty of counter space for a chef to whip up their favorite meal. Cook anything from a scrumptious treat to a mouthwatering meal for all your guests. A full kitchen allows you to skip the hassle of driving or walking into town for a meal. Prepare a home cooked dinner and sit at the dining table with ample seating. During warmer days you will be sure to appreciate the private balcony for an alfresco dining experience. On the balcony you will find a BBQ and patio seating, so you can dine and take in the view.



As the night comes to an end and you are ready to retire for the night, there are two bedrooms. The bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed, mounted TV, and walk out to the patio. The bedroom 2 has a similar set up with a Queen-sized bed, mounted TV, walk out to the patio, and sink.



There is a shared bathroom equipped with a beautiful stand up shower downstairs and one upstairs as well.



The Villa De Los Pinos complex offers a variety of other amenities to check out during your visit. There are 2 outdoor parking spots to guarantee you space. Shared laundry facilities are available for your longer visits. An outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, Volleyball and Horseshoes will keep you active during the summer months.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
