About the Space: This 1 bedroom + loft, 2 full bath Horizon IV condo is the perfect space for the whole group to enjoy their next mountain retreat. Horizon IV is family friendly - a great location for all! It is centrally located in town - walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, free town shuttle, art galleries, breweries and more.
This 995 sq. ft., upstairs condo, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The living room feels bright and open with vaulted ceilings, picture windows overlooking the tennis courts. The living room is centered around the beautiful wood burning fireplace with stone hearth – a warm way to unwind after a day of exploring. There is a comfortable sectional couch with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV w/ smart features.
The galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an electric cooktop, and comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. There is breakfast bar seating for 4 people. Off the kitchen is a nice dining table with seating for 4 people. There is a small, covered, private deck, stocked with free firewood. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
On the main level, off the living room, is the primary bedroom. It offers a king-sized bed, closet and dresser space for clothing storage, a small vanity area, and easy access to bathroom 1. The main level bathroom is located in the hall off the living area and bedroom – it has a nice sized separate vanity area and tub/shower. Upstairs, the loft offers 1 queen bed, and 2 single beds. There is a nice sized dresser for clothing storage. The loft has an ensuite bathroom, with vanity and walk-in shower.
The entryway has a built-in bench and hooks for jacket/gear storage.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, body, bath), conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, firestarter, and matches.
Guest Access: You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Horizon IV. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis court and rackets (seasonal) and community coin-op laundry facilities. The rec. room offers community pool/billiards, ping-pong, and arcade games.

We had a great stay at this place in Mammoth! The house was extremely clean, well organized, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was thoughtfully stocked, which made cooking easy and enjoyable.The location was excellent — convenient, quiet, and perfect for enjoying Mammoth. Everything was exactly as described (or better), and the home felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived.We truly loved our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
