Welcome to Solimar, a semi-detached house in a two-family house directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of S'Illot. This flat is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The roof terrace above is also accessible via an external staircase and is exclusively for the guests of this flat. This leads to the large sun terrace with fantastic sea views and a covered summer kitchen. There are no stairs in the flat itself.
The flat has a spacious living/dining area with mixed satellite TV and offers a marvellous view of the bay thanks to panoramic windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, separate oven and dishwasher. The large bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom en suite. A further comfortable bathroom is also available. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The house is well isolated and can be kept at a good temperature without air conditioning. Optional air conditioning can be booked as required for a fee.
Enjoy access to the small rocky plateau right next to the house, ideal for swimming for experienced guests. Experience the deep blue sea right in front of the terrace and reach the beach of S'Illot in just 10 minutes on foot. The quiet beaches of Cala Morlanda are also within walking distance in the opposite direction.

Optional additional costs: If desired, an air conditioning flat rate (cold/warm) of 10,- Euro per day can be booked in addition upon arrival. The price of the visitor's tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately, the information is without guarantee. It is subject to the current rates of the legislation.

Our wonderful stay in Cala Morlanda

We couldn't say enough good thing's about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the area was so scenic, people we're so welcoming. Finally, the views from the apartment were amazing.

Fantastic stay

Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. When we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. After our first stay we wanted to stay again but I couldn’t find it online to book so it was a lovely surprise to realise it was the same place (same building but this time we were in the upper apartment and previously we’d been in the ground floor one).

Spectacular and Breathtaking

The location was perfect. Stunning sea views, you could even hear the waves crashing against the shoreline. Serene and relaxing, we never wanted to leave. The house was cozy, immaculately clean thanks to their wonderful cleaning staff and our host was so sweet and kind! We loved that she came to meet us in person! 5 stars is not enough of a rating…I would give an infinite star rating. Thanks again for a truly memorable stay on such a serene island location! Saved as a favorite and we will definitely be back :) I won’t forget your benevolence towards us Americans :)

Lovely apartment, very near all amenities.

Apartment was great, roomy, light and reasonably well equipped. No kettle, and a little short of kitchen utensils. As a property for 4, only 2 sun beds was a shortfall. Otherwise a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Mallorca. Car essential to get out and about. Check in process was a nightmare. The key had not been left in key safe, and we had to wait 2hrs for owner to come with key!

Great Apartment in Quiet Location

Loved the apartment and had a great stay. Wonderful top deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Comfortable furnishings and bed. Could use some updating of the kitchen pans and outdoor furniture including a quality umbrella. But overall it is a great location with great access for walking to various beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended!

Lage top, Ausstattung eher befriedigend

Die Wohnung liegt einfach toll, die Fotos entsprechen genau dem Inserat. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist allerdings mittelmäßig. Es gibt nur zusammen gewürfeltes Geschirr, meist aus Plastik. Gläser gibt es keine zwei gleiche, was es insgesamt etwas ungemütlich macht. Hinzu kommt, dass es in diesem Jahr eine Assel-Plage gab, überall im Treppenhaus und der Wohnung liefen die kleinen schwarzen Viecher... wahrscheinlich kann der Vermieter nur bedingt dafür aber man sollte eine Lösung finden. Ansonsten war es gold wert eine Klimaanlage zu haben.

Grandioser Ausblick, perfekt ruhig

Großartiger Blick vom Appt ins Meer. Um diese Zeit wenig los, Hotels und Restaurants tlw noch geschlossen. Promenade zum Meer ist wenig frequentiert (keine Autos!). Alles Notwendige fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung eie beschrieben, sehr sauber und super netter Kontakt zum Vetnieter. Wenn verfügbar buch ich das wieder

Lage, Aussicht und Immobilie fantastisch. Wir, 2 Pers. blieben 1 Monat und haben es sehr genossen. Gegenstände, die uns fehlten wurden von Hr. Escherich & Maria in kürzester Zeit überbracht. Für die nächsten Gäste sollte die WC Brille im grossen Bad und zwei Sitzkissen oben ersetzt werden. Kann Unterkunft nur emofehlen.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war super!! Sie hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Sauber, großzügig, Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit tollem Meerblick! Zum Strand bzw. Felsenbucht fußläufig nur etwa 10 Minuten, tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und auch ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit.

Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse

Wir sind im Mai 2024 zu viert angereist (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es gibt für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und auf dem Dach gibt es eine schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht aufs Meer mit einer innenliegenden 2. Küche. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und wir wollen uns noch für die uns angepassten flexiblen Check-In und -out Zeiten bedanken, da wir früh angereist und spät abgereist sind😊. Wir fanden es toll, dass wir alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten (Sandstrand, wunderschöne Felsstrände, Supermarkt, Bars). Für zwei Küchen gab es zu viert etwas wenig Geschirr und auf der Dachterrasse fehlt ein Sonnenschirm. Das hat im Mai noch keinen Abbruch getan, wäre aber für den Sommer bestimmt sehr nützlich. Einen direkten Parkplatz vor der Türe gibt es nicht. Man kann nur in den umliegenden Straßen parken. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen😃

Insgesamt toll. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einmalig! Der Standard der Wohnung (Küche, Toiletten etc.) ist gut aber nicht sehr gut. Der angrenzende Ort SIllot ist eher hässlich bzw. nichts sagend. Lohnt sich trotzdem aufgrund der Wohnung direkt am Meer!

2 Wochen Sonne pur

Tolle Lage direkt an der Küste mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig gelegen in einer Wohngegend. In nicht einmal 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand von S'Illot, wo es auch Bars und Restaurants gibt. Die Betten sind bequem und nicht zu hart. Beide Badezimmer verfügen über eind Dusche. Jedoch ist die Duschkabine im en-suite Bad des Eltenzimmer eher etwas eng. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang zum 1. Stock, wo man eine grosse Stube mit Sofa, Esstisch, TV und Klimaanlage, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Ventilatoren, 2 Bäder, einen Balkon und eine Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler findet. Im 2. Stock ist eine gedeckte Küche samt Waschmaschine und eine grosse Terrasse. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Erdgeschoss wird separat vermietet. Wir wurden von Christoph sehr gut betreut und haben immer sehr schnell Atwort erhalten, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die Eigentümerin, Maria, ist ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Falls wir wieder mal nach S'Illot in die Ferien fahren, weeden wir dieses Objekt bestimmt wieder buchen.
