In the center of Porto Cristo facing the sea is this beautiful Mediterranean-style villa. 400 m² of good taste and art, cared for down to the last detail. This bright villa is furnished and decorated with a modern touch and has large spaces. From all the balconies and terraces you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea.
The house is ideal for family vacations as it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 3 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds so that 8 people can comfortably sleep.
In front of the sea is the large 33 m² pool - semi fenced to provide more security - and the 40 m² terrace with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The villa also has a covered terrace and electric awnings.
The kitchen is modern and bright, American style and induction hob, equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
There is internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and 4 TVs.
The villa is only 50 m from the rocky beach "Cala Inge" and 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa Porto Cristo". For leisure and sports there is the golf course "Golf Son Servera" 14 km away and the Rafa Nadal Club Fitness Center 12 km away.
