Very cozy, clean and comfortable pet-friendly house just outside of LBI! Plenty of amenities were conveniently included in case you forgot to pack them. Shampoo / Soap / Bath towels / Cooking supplies / Hair dryer / Laundry detergent, and many more to list. The house is a 12 minute drive (without Rt 72 traffic) to Ron Jon right at the “start” of Long Beach Island. Within a 2-5 minute drive of the house there’s a Shop-Rite, Target, Costco, Wawa, Ice Cream, Pizza and much more. In terms of location, the house is on a fairly busy road in front of a traffic light.. So you’re going to hear vehicles speed by with the occasional fire truck/police car sirens. That didn’t bother any of us, but just something to be aware of. We loved that the host accepted dogs, which is quite rare! But keep in mind the property is not fully fenced-off, so don’t let your dog wander around in the back yard :-). Overall the house was a great budget-friendly alternative to staying on the actual Island while being a short drive away to sand, seagulls and crashing waves.

The house is very clean and well appointed. All amenities are provided and there wasn't anything lacking. The house is located within easy access to local shopping and restaurants and to Long Beach Island. The host responds to any inquiry quickly. We were in the area for a family funeral and the house accommodated 6 adults and 4 children with the use of a provided air mattress.
