Really bad hotel. Insects crawling on bed, pillow, hair all over the bedsheets, dirty room, no cleaning at all, washrooms were smelling worse than public toilets. Can’t describe the overall experience. The owner said they will refund, we checked out in 10 minutes but didn’t get any refund from them.

Location is good and places like old manali, Hadimba Temple and mall road are within 2km range. Staff are friendly and polite. Food quality can be bit improved.
