The most terrible stay in the last 20 years !!

The minute I walked in the hotel I was met by an aggressive guy asking me what I wanted ! After explaining that I was there for check in ! He let me in. In less than a minute he informed me that I have no reservation since they stopped dealing with hotels.com! And in all cases they have not received an email from your end confirming the reservation. I insisted to get a room though since I have already prepaid for it and it was almost midnight.they insisted they are fully booked then magically there was a room after I escalated ! The tc in the room was not working; phone not working, extremely noisy AC and very dirty dusty room and linen. Terrible terrible sleepless night! Kindly arrange for a refund ! Many thx.

The apartment is huge but furniture is not that good and not maintained well. Breakfast is below average but price is reasonable. Price paid for one day not worthy. The staff is very friendly and supportive.
