I stayed for one night in Sept 2025. This hotel is priced more expensive than 5 star hotels in Sao Paolo. I found it deficient in following respects - 1) too much nouse by house keeper at 0800 in the morning. They are cleaning rooms and making perosnal phone calls while cleaning and you can hear it all plus unlike 5 star hotels of SP, here cleaning starts at 0800. 2) No one in this hotel likes to speak English or Spanish except the manager. 3) there is place to get down from the car once you arrive here as one has to open door on a busy street. There is no place to park the car temporarily. They were very rude with my driver who was waiting for me for 15 minutes outside the hotel asking him to leave. Good point - Clean room, good internet, good water pressure, good ambience inside hotel but no way this hotel is worth the price they charge.

We loved this hotel! There are only two higher and hotels in the touristy and most desirable area to stay in Manaus, and we stayed at both of them. This was a far better place on every level. Beautiful grounds, wonderful service, everything functioning, modern amenities. I had a wonderful massage at a very reasonable price. Definitely the best choice in Manaus.

Excellent hotel but beware of their luggage policy

Gorgeous hotel - decor with the “forest” theme throughout. Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely pool day and night time. Fantastic restaurant with great food. Staff members were very friendly. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that they refused to store our suitcases when we spent a night in the Amazon jungle because it was their policy. We had reservations before and after our jungle trip, and they gave no advance warning about this policy until I just happened to mention our plan when we checked in. They were extremely rigid about it without offering any solution. This caused a huge panic to us. Thankfully our tour group was very accommodating but it meant our tour guide had to transport our suitcases on the boat and into the jungle.

The friendliness of the service at this hotel was outstanding. They were helpful, the hotel was clean, the restaurant and the bar on the premises were a hit. The pool, the ambience, the location, pretty much everything exceeded our expectations. I would recognize every single one at the hotel I came in touch with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Manaus. Great location as well.
