Nice personal

The hotel is family oriented with a few activities. The food is almost always the same. It is not super clean, we waited the whole day for our room to be cleaned and in the end it wasn't even clean so we had to call them to clean it again. Bed sheets are changed when you ask them to do that-not otherwise. In the bar is almost every time something missing ( for example. they didn't have water for 2 days). You pay full price for an all inclusive hotel and you get cafeterian food. If you want wi-fi in your roon you have to pay. The only thing that was good was the personal, al of them are really kind and friendly, we really liked Gökhan, Katja and Ismail. They was very caring and always asked if we need anything. If you are family oriented, want to be close to the beach, and have nice personal around you then this is hotel for you.
