Rooms dirty. Food cold. Noone spoke english so could not even complain about it. Never to book here again

Auf der Website hieß es zum Beispiel dass es Wlan kostenlos gäbe, vor Ort durften wir ingesamt 42€ für nicht mal ganze 7 Tage bezahlen, schon ein bisschen ärgerlich.Einen Transfer von da aus zu buchen war auch sehr schwer und auch die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern fiel oft schwer. Im Speisesaal gab es manchmal kaum Platz für alle Gäste beim Essen. An sich war es ganz okay und sauber, es wurde mehrmals geputzt.

Appena arrivati all' hotel, di sera tardi, ci hanno riservato una camera di pochi metri quadrati, sporca, e bagno indecente come un bagno pubblico, nessun balcone e nessuna vista mare. Avevamo chiesto camera con balcone vista mare. Niente di quello che abbiamo visto nelle foto. Condizionatore rotto, che non si spegneva. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto per il condizionatore e ci hanno risposto che non importava nulla a loro e che non era un loro problema e che avremmo dovuto aspettare fino al mattino dopo. La finestra non si apriva perché era bloccata dalla testata del letto. Inoltre non parlavano inglese, ma solo tedesco. Il giorno dopo ci hanno dato una camera grande e con balcone e vista mare dopo le nostre lamentele. Non lo consiglio questo albergo. Delusi.
