This unit is tastefully decorated and has newer flooring. All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests. We provide all of the comforts of home including high quality linens.
One bedroom with comfortable queen bed, TV and a sliding door that opens to a deck overlooking the golf course.
Enjoy cooking your own meals on our gas grill. View of golf course from deck with comfy chairs to relax after a day of golf or sightseeing.

10 miles from Torch Lake, 22 miles to Turtle Creek, 10 minutes to the Glacial Hills bike trails and 5 miles to the famous Shorts Brewery!
This is a perfect location and affordable way to visit northern michigan and take day trips to many lovely little towns. You will not be bored here.
We have some of the best golf courses in Michigan. We are on the 18th hole of Schuss. Within minutes there is The Chief, Summit, Hawkseye, The Legend, cedar River and The Farm.
Bring your boat (place to park a boat out front), canoes, kayaks. We are close to some of the most beautiful lakes including Torch, Lake Bellaire and the chain of lakes.
Winter activities. Downhill skiing is amazing with 53 runs on 2 mountains and featuring 4 terrain parks. All levels of skiers love Schuss Mountain.
The cross country trail is just out your backdoor. A downhill pass allows access to the cross country trail. Enjoy the beautiful views while getting exercise.

Pros-priced correctly. Everything workedCons-It is Smaller then a person could imagine. Extra smaller counter high half refrigerator Dishwasher is 1/4 size Everything is basically run down Towels are thin and scratchy, no dish towels, no idea when bedspread was last washed If the a/c ( wall unit)is on you can’t hear the tvThe biggest thing that needs to be done to the condo is make it lighter. It is super small and super dark

My mom, sister, and I planned a long weekend girls' getaway for the 4th of July weekend. I did a search on VRBO for properties with 3 beds. This location came up matching that search criteria and when I read the listing, it listed 3 separate beds and had pictures - 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa pullout, and 1 double pullout. When we arrived, we found the that unit only had 2 beds. When I contacted the owner, she first tried to deny that the listing showed 3 beds and she immediately changed the listing to only show 2 beds. I contacted VRBO immediately about the problem. The next day, we were provided a roll away cot to use, so at least we had 3 beds for 3 grown adults. In my conversation the next day with the owner, she admitted that she changed the listing after I contacted her about it. In addition to the bed situation, there was also instructions that we couldn't use the beach towels she had for the pool and there was also a note on the extra bedding (presumably for the 2nd bed since there was no bedding on the pullout couch bed) that we were not to use the extra bedding. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a vacation rental or had a problem with mis-reading or the listing being accurate, and I have done vacation rentals many times. My mom and my sister also both looked at the listing separately before we booked and also thought it had 3 separate beds. This was a very disappointing experience for us.

Perfect place for a family of 4

This was our first time at Schuss Mountain but it won’t be our last. My kids had a blast. They have so many different lifts for beginners to expert. And the place won’t break the bank. Very reasonable prices for lift tickets.The rental was just as described within walking to the slopes. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Compact, Convenient and Comfy

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Schuss Mountain condo, and despite a rain-soaked 48 hours, it was a wonderful stay. The condo is relatively small but just the right size for two people. The owner made sure everything was in place and was particular about details, including books, games and coffee pods for kuerig machine. Ideal spot for 2 people wanting a golf or ski getaway.
