Short stay in Bury
Very friendly staff gave a warm welcome and were very pleasant throughout the stay. The accommodation was spacious and clean. Breakfast was well stocked. There was plenty of car parking for hotel guests. Absolutely would stay again if we passed this way again.

Arrived considerably before check-in for an event elsewhere. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with putting my suitcase in storage, as were those on duty in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast.

Chilly publc areas and bedroom. Lovely staff.
Staff were lovely. Hotel was very clean but it was chilly. I was provided with a small electric for my room very quickly which helped a bit. However, with no extra blankets in the room I was still cold in bed. The restaurant was chilly in the morning which was reflected in the breakfast which was luke warm as well. This is the first time I have ever had anything negative to say about a Best Western Hotel.
