Poor stay in Manchester
Unfortunately the hotel is not very well looked after in the corridors and bedrooms. Air conditioning didn’t work - reported to reception on 1st day but not fixed or offered an alternative room / fan. Beds were both ripped at the bases, carpets were unclean. Mattresses were soft like water beds and pillows were well worn. On check in - paid for the room. Asked about breakfast and told they were full so not possible to have breakfast. No one asked how our stay was on check out. Pretty poor stay for an over £300 spend - value for money it was not!

An ideal location for us to attend the AO arena. A short walk from the centre of town, very handy to the bus and tram. The Crowne plaza gave us a friendly welcome and accommodated us for a meal. We did have problems getting into our room with the access card, the room was nice but no hot water in the bathroom basin. Thank you for the room change. A good breakfast choice.

Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed, room looks recently refurbished. Great to have a bath and a shower. Hotel within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Last minute change to this hotel and we were very pleased, didn’t get the bathrobes though that were promised but a minor point iverall

Crown Plaza Manchester City Center
Lovely stay in this hotel for trip to do the Coronation Street Experience. We booked a club room and the Club Lounge on the floor is a great idea and should be copied by more hotels. It was such a comfortable and relaxing place to spend a couple of hours after being out all day.

Went on our wedding night and they immediately upgraded us to a premier suite on the highest floor with a nice view. It was an amazing experience and we would definitely return, very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Located near some takeaways, convenience stores, shopping mall and supermarkets which is another plus. The housekeeping lady also cleaned our room very nicely and was very pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend.

A good stay
We found the mattress not to be very comfortable, but it was okay for the couple of nights stay. The breakfast was okay. The sausages a little dry but other then that, no complaints.
