It was a great place to stay with a good sized room for traveling through the airport and even going to the city. But it was a long walk to T3 and would be great to have shuttle service

Fish and chips, despite being one of their signature dishes, was not available. Tv in room didn’t work - although this was put right fairly quickly by maintenance staff Rather further from terminal 1 than perhaps the pr material suggests - particularly awkward when not all the airport travelators working.

Don’t get food as the service is shocking. You get the food brought to you cold then when you query it with server and you get huffed at. Even the couple to the next table had problems with the server also and the server walked off on them. Spoke to reception who gave me points who wants points !!!! Cutlery in the room dirty and had to pick the food off the spoons.

Everything was pretty good with the property,unfortunately my overnight stay in room 205 was spoilt by a bad drain/sewer smell which persisted throughout the night causing me a sleepless night. Otherwise everything else with this property was good.
