I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for a quick stay, and this fit the bill! I have to say this little motel had more amenities in a basic room than some of the larger hotels (refrigerator and microwave). My event was postponed so I am actually going back for another night! I think this will be my go to Place from now on.

Calm in the storm.

This little inn is a nice serene place in the middle of a hectic mall area. Wonderful, quiet, wooded surroundings ware refreshing after a long day. Close to everything, but in a aense, far away. Loved it.

Wonderful surprise

We stayed one night after going to Canobie Lake Park and didn't want to spend a lot. The great news is this is a fabulously comfortable and updated motel at the price point of a much lesser place. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, big TV with tons of channels, clean bathroom. cute outdoor sitting area. We highly recommend Park View Inn.

Right on the main street in Salem (Broadway) but in a nice wooded setting. An old-style motel that has been upgraded, and I love being able to park in front of my door! Friendly staff, and exceptional price for that area. Highly recommend.
