This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels . I experienced racism, abruptmess and general rudeness from two staff memebers which I plan on addtressing further. In addition, the room i stayed in was dated, dirty and dingy that belies the glowing interior of the lobby, which is a perfect facade for the grimess hidden within the rooms. Breakfast was also a miniscule affair, with little options if you do not wish to have a full English. All of this is hdden behind a facade of pomp and gallantry, a perfectly appointed prrtense of grandeur that falls woefully short beyond the tastefylly decorated lobby area.
