The staff welcomed me and immediately had me checked in. The process was extremely quick and simple. The room was perfect for my one night stay. It was clean, tidy, cozy and just right for solo travelling.

Brilliant!

Brilliant find! Lovely, up to date hotel. Staff are great. One tram stop from Victoria station so perfect for staying somewhere a little quieter (and less expensive) but still easy access to the city centre and the Arena. Although there's no tea and coffee in rooms, it's available 24/7 by reception.

Nice functional hotel for short break.

Staff friendly and efficient, room was perfect for a one night stay, although no kettle in room had complimentary tea and coffee from a machine nearby, which was freshly brewed. Quiet room, black out curtains and good temperature. Good selection of choice at breakfast, but the only disappointing part of the stay was the hot breakfast selection which was poor quality products. Despite this would stay again and have continental breakfast instead.

Lovely friendly hotel. Good food, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Free coffee and tea to help yourself throughout the day. Rooms were spacious with lovely spacious shower room. Only negative, no plug by the mirror to help with hair styling etc.

Room clean and well equipped. Had a twin room 2 single beds, the beds were very small singles and the mattress was rather hard, all staff were very helpful and friendly. Had the breakfast but the eggs and mushrooms were cold Otherwise plenty of options to choose from

Very new looking hotel. Modern. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. Staff helpful and friendly. Food average. Area about 2 miles from Etihad City/Coop arena. You cant get a direct tram there.
