Broken toilet and temperamental tv

Our toilet didn’t flush, Infact we spent the most part of our stay constantly pressing flush until it flushed, told a staff member who said they’d get it fixed whilst we went out, it wasn’t ever fixed, tv didn’t work either. Won’t be staying again

I didn’t like how the bathrooms were not cleaned well. There were no amenities in the bathroom considering the so called standard of the hotel. Period stain marks on my floor towel for the shower. My first room was situated right at the lift entrance and I heard every single word of every guest that came out. Luckily I was able to move rooms thanks to the lovely reception staff.

The first room given was very small with a very small bathroom, decor was poor with large chuncks out of the walls and smelt. The second room was larger, the decor was dated and very poor quality. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The staff were not very friendly. I wont be staying there again.

Staff were lovely but given the price I was expecting a lot more from the room, quite cramped considering it was for 3, very expensive for what you got, you definitely pay more for the location rather than quality
