Construcciones Balaguer - Villa With Private Pool

Enjoy a swim in the 5.7m x 3.7m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 1.7m. Lay down on five loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun while the children are playing in the pool (we can supply you with a pool fence). The porch and the terrace are nice spots for having a barbecue with friends. A small garden with fruit trees provides you with fresh lemons and oranges (pending on the season). The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The bright rooms are distributed on two floors. The air conditioned sitting-dining room invites you to sit down on the sofa and watch a film on the TV (satellite) or to enjoy a nice family dinner. The well equipped kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, including a vitro hob. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

You can choose between three bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed and the latter with a single bed. If you come with your baby, we'll prepare a cot and a high chair upon request. There are two shower bathrooms available, one of them outdoors. One bedroom has a safe box and there are two fans.

Mancor de la Vall is a quiet mountain village in the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling, for example to Ses Fonts Ufanes or the Campanet Coves. In the town center there are good restaurants and a grocery shop. More services are located in Inca, 5 km from the house. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to beautiful beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.

Ein absolut malerisches Haus, sehr ordentlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Der Pool war genau das, was man für ein kurzes Bad in der sengenden Hitze brauchte. Gastfreundlicher Gastgeber. Ausgezeichnete Lage, ideal für Entdeckungen. Ein Mietwagen war unverzichtbar. Eine heitere, ruhige Gegend, weit weg von den geschäftigen Touristenorten. Wir entdeckten eine charmante Bäckerei im Dorf, die jeden Tag frisches Brot zum Frühstück anbot.

Das Anwesen ist ein versteckter Schatz, mit herrlichen Möbeln ausgestattet und ähnelt auf verschiedenen Ebenen einer Boutique-Villa. Der Außenbereich und der Pool waren atemberaubend und dienten mir als Zufluchtsort und Erholungsort. Die Lage ist ruhiger und abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade, aber die örtlichen Bars/Hotels bieten eine anständige Auswahl an Speisen. Es ist auch nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Palma und Alcudia entfernt, was es zu einer zentralen Lage macht. Der Eigentümer ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat Agua und Vino als Teil eines Willkommenspakets hinterlassen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Unsere Kommunikation war aufgrund meiner begrenzten Spanischkenntnisse und der begrenzten Englischkenntnisse des Eigentümers unterhaltsam, was zu viel Gestikulieren und Rätselraten während unserer Unterhaltungen führte. Eine entzückende Katze scheint das Anwesen für sich beansprucht zu haben und benimmt sich eher wie ein Hund, der Ihnen morgens im Pool zusieht.

Die Lage war angenehm und das Haus war tadellos sauber. Die Garage war ausgezeichnet, obwohl nur ein kleines Auto hineinpasst. Der Außenbereich war atemberaubend und der Poolbereich war angenehm. Mancor de la Vall war ein charmantes kleines Dorf. Obwohl die Restaurants während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geöffnet waren, hatte die Nachbarstadt (Inca) viele offene Plätze und war nur 5 Autominuten entfernt.
