最悪のホテル、エクスペディア登録を外すべき

ホテルスタッフ全員が英語を完璧に話せない。チェックインも出来ず、オーナーと思われる男性と電話で話してようやく入れた。 従って、道も何もかも一切教えてもらうことが出来ないし、市内地図も無い。 チェックアウトの際は、恐らく宿泊料を払えと言っているのだと思うがパスポートを戻さず、これもオーナーらしき人物がやって来て、彼は英語で「宿泊料を払え」と云いだす。既にエクスペディアで支払っていると言っても分からなかった。ホテル前にはバスが待っているし、まくしたてたらパスポートを戻したが、最後までシステムを理解していなかったと思う。 全員、中国語は堪能のようだ。エクスペディアに登録させたことが問題だと思う。国内・中国人専用のホテルだ。
