We’re thrilled to share our charming, newly renovated home with you, a unique blend of two traditional fishermen’s cottages, restored in 2023 to offer modern comfort while preserving its authentic character. Nestled in a peaceful, picturesque village, our home is located in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from the stunning Château de la Napoule and a mere 50 meters from the beach.
As you step inside, you’ll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind, complete with ceiling fans to keep you cool on warm Riviera nights. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. The second floor offers two more inviting bedrooms, both with double beds (160x200 cm), along with a second modern bathroom and another separate toilet for added convenience.
The ground floor opens into a welcoming, open-plan space where the kitchen, living, and dining areas seamlessly blend together, perfect for sharing meals and moments with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need, from an induction stove to an espresso coffee machine, ensuring you can enjoy home-cooked meals or your morning brew with ease. Just off the kitchen, there’s a storage area with a washing machine for your convenience.
One of our favorite features of Casa-du Pêcheur is the outdoor terrace, where you can relax and soak up the peaceful surroundings with a glass of wine or your favorite book. For your trips to the nearby beach, we provide beach chairs, and for those who like to explore, there are two bicycles available to take in the local sights at your own pace.
Our location is perfect for families and adventurers alike. The beach is just a short walk away, and local shops, including the bakery, butcher, and supermarket, are all within 200 meters, making it easy to pick up fresh ingredients or enjoy a meal out at one of the nearby restaurants. For those looking to venture further, the nearby port offers boat trips to the beautiful Lérins Islands, and the Estérel Massif, known for its striking red cliffs and golden mimosa trees, is only a short drive away. Whether you’re into hiking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the area, there’s something for everyone.
We want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive, which is why the house will be fully prepared with everything you need, including cleaning products and kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Please note that while the house is near a peaceful railway line, trains stop running after 10:00 PM, ensuring a quiet night’s sleep. Due to the stairs, the house may not be suitable for very young children, and for the comfort of all guests, Casa-du Pêcheur is a non-smoking property, and we cannot accommodate pets.
