Luxury apartment in front of the sea with exceptionnal view of Lerins islands
Facing the port of Mandelieu La Napoule, you start each day with a fantastic view on the Lerins Islands, bays of Cannes and Theoule. Sitting on the terrasse you can enjoy, take your breakfast and meditate.
In a very small walking distance (5 mns maximum) you reach the beaches (the one behind the castle is the best), the old village which is very charming and where you find everything you need : bakery, fruits/vegetable, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, .... + there is an amazing supply of very nice restaurants.
In the port, you can take a boat shuttle to visit the islands and have lunch there, or rent a boat.
If you play golf there is an international 18 holes golf course almost next door (and the one of Mougins is not far at all).
All water sports such as paddle, canoe, sailing (the club is great), water ski, as well all water games you can imagine are withing 15' walking distance.
The location has really everything of a great resort
Cannes is 15 mns driving along the coast (but you also can take a bus, bicycle or walk). Also the french riviera is rich of wonderful places to visit: Antibes, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, Mercantour...
100% of the appartment is with air conditioning and of course fully equiped: wifi, flat TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, italian shower, hairdryer, towels heater ...
The two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, air conditioning and give direct access on a large balcony and a beautiful view on the mountains and the back country. It is very quiet, perfect sleep is guaranteed!
The appartement is on the 4th floor of a 6 levels building, mainly belonging to owners, and very well maintained, with an elevator.
If you come by car, there are parking places in the street and in the port and you also can parkin the little residential streets behind the building.

Great apartment in a great location
The apartment is on the harbor in Mandelieu and has beautiful views of the boats and sea. The apartment itself is clean and modern with beautiful marble floors throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed while the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment with views of the mountains and are very quiet. We did have trouble with he wifi but that did not diminish our enjoyment of the property. The host communications were prompt and helpful. We enjoyed many of the restaurants across the street on the harbor as well as the beach next to the chateau about 500m away. Recommend the chateau visit if you stay here, it is not long and interesting. Parking can be challenging during the summer but we were able to walk to excellent bakeries, a small market, fruit and veggie store and wine store nearby. Overall a great spot we plan to go back.
