Villa "Le Bon Temps" is located in the residential area of Minelle, approx. 1 km from the center of Mandelieu and approx. 2 km from the center of La Napoule. The beautiful fine sandy beach of Mandelieu (with ample free parking) is sheltered at about 2.5 km in the bay of La Napoule and offers a view of the bay of Cannes.
Due to its exceptionally mild climate and beautiful beaches, Mandelieu has enjoyed an excellent reputation as a seaside resort for years. Shops / supermarket / laundry / dry cleaning / restaurants are within approx. 1 km. The "Boulevard de la Croisette" of Cannes (centre) is approx. 8 km. Airport "Nice Côte d'Azur" can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. A bus stop is approx. 600 meters away.

On the ground floor of the villa there are two comfortable holiday apartments, each with its own entrance. Both apartments are officially classified as a 3-star Meublé du tourisme for up to 4 adults (maximum capacity incl. children: 6 people). (Nos. 06079000466JP and 06079000729DP). The owner of the villa lives on the floor. Tenants of the apartments can also use the beautiful swimming pool and the trampoline in the garden of the owner. In addition, there is also a ping-pong table and a playground for children.

Apartment A: consists of a living room with adjoining open kitchen and sleeping cabin (bunk bed 90x200), two separate sleeping areas and a bathroom. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 to 6 people, has a private terrace/garden of approx. 75 m2 and is located at the front right of the villa.

Apartment B: consists of a living room (including sofa bed 140 x 200), an adjoining open kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, bathroom and separate toilet. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 persons, has a private terrace/garden (approx. 20 m2) overlooking the swimming pool and is located at the back right of the villa.

Surroundings: Mandelieu is extremely suitable as a base for tourist excursions. From your apartment you have very fast access (a few minutes) to the autoroute A8. Mandelieu is centrally located for visiting other seaside resorts such as Cannes and Nice to the east or St. Raphael / Fréjus and St. Tropez to the west. Also inland locations such as the perfume town of Grasse (free tour of the factories); the Gorges du Verdon ("Grand Canyon" of France); Route Napoleon; stalactite caves or ski areas (winter) such as Isola 2000 and Gréolières de Neige are easily accessible from Mandelieu.
