an equipped veranda of exclusive pertinence, perfect for outdoor dining.

The interior opens with a large living room furnished with an open kitchen, dining room, TV and 1 double sofa bed.
A hallway leads to 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. Finally, from the living room there is access to the second bedroom, 1 twin room with
single beds. In addition there is a spacious balcony equipped with
table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outside.

Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo and Campomarino di Maruggio, are very close.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The flat is one of the Blusea residence.


- Air conditioning is just in the living area and in a double bedroom.
- The bathroom has no window but is equipped with a fan.
