Located in San Pietro In Bevagna, in the Specchiarica area, Casetta l’Ulivo is part of Residence Gigli di Mare, a private green area of about 2 hectares, fully fenced and closed to traffic. Here, you will enjoy peace and safety, ideal for families with children who can play freely.



The accommodation offers two reserved parking spaces, convenient outdoor showers along the entrance path, a heated shower at the back, and another shower in the indoor bathroom. The house, about 50 sqm, features a spacious entrance with two single beds and a kitchenette, a storage room, and a double bedroom. It is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, sun umbrella, and all necessary kitchenware.



You can use the table and chairs in the outdoor courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the tranquility of the place. Experience the peace of the countryside with sea views and breeze right in front of you.



Just over 2 km away, easily reachable on foot with a pleasant walk along the beach to the south, is the beautiful pink flamingo nature reserve. About 3 km in the opposite direction, you can visit the natural spring of the Chidro river, famous for its fresh, crystal-clear waters flowing into the sea.



Guests, in addition to their exclusive space, can freely explore the large green area of the residence. Access to the rooftop terrace is via a masonry staircase, perfect for relaxing in the evening under the stars, surrounded by nature's quiet.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
