The villa welcomes guests into a spacious, light-filled living room, complete with plush sofa and armchair, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Adjacent to this space is a dining area with a full-sized table and chairs, leading into a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine, and toaster. The living room opens onto a covered patio, featuring a cozy relaxation area with sofas and a dining set, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with a splendid lake view.



*Accommodation:*

The first floor houses a double bedroom with ample wardrobes and a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub. The second floor is dedicated to sleeping quarters, including a master bedroom with breathtaking lake views, a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A grand suite on the ground floor offers a double bed, sofa, and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom next to the garage, also with a double bed and a private bathroom. Lake Garda view!

Beautiful view over Lake Garda! Swimming pool excellent! Housekeeping something to be desired. Lightbulbs not working, clock not working, beds not made up.TV not set up with internet channels (luckily my son knew how to set this up but this should have been done). General sloppiness and no attention to detail. Two back bedrooms dark and miserable. One behind the garage and the other only accessible by going through another bedroom. Not made clear in the villa details. No handrail on spiral stairs (a health and safety issue, surely). Recycling information confusing. Collection days information could have been put on the kitchen wall. Well-equipped kitchen and cooking facilities but no need to leave threatening labels saying ‘leave this kitchen as you found it’. Wonderful Italy were anything but…..no pen to sign agreement about €500 deposit. No information about where to leave keys on departure and didn’t answer my phone call asking for information. We had to leave the keys at the property and then my son had to climb over the electric gates to get out. Lots of issues need tightening up but with some work and some honesty about exactly what is on offer this could be a lovely place to stay. Certainly not worth the amount we paid for it as it stands at the moment.
