Luxury design beach front new bio house (50 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 bunk bed), bathroom, living room with kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator), equipped terrace with spectacular view of the Gulf of Manerba, private fenced garden, direct access to the beach, pier. Barbecue, heating, air conditioning, sat TV, safe, wifi, deckchairs. The covered and fenced parking is 30 meters from the house.
