We had a spacious room with a balcony. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices (local and western) including croissants, juices, cereals, good coffee, pancakes and pho; they even tried to do an English breakfast that was ok. Staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Hotel is centrally located in Hanoi's old streets.

This charming boutique hotel boasts impeccable service, a comfortable family room, a fantastic breakfast, and a prime location in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotelโ€™s location is outstanding, within walking distance of popular attractions and local shops, making it easy to explore the area effortlessly. The rooftop breakfast is a highlight, featuring a wonderful selection of freshly prepared Vietnamese dishes, all served by a friendly and accommodating staff. I cannot commend the entire team enough for their genuine kindness and helpfulness. You can book reliable activities and transport with them at ease and is very convenient. The staff was very helpful. Would like to mention Mia and Celina. Also very warm service from the dining room staff. The bedbeds are excellent and help to rest after long hours of travel. We had a complementary walking tour which was great. Very good location and value for money
