The hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarters, I really loved the style and the design of the room. The staff was amazing, really kind, happy to help and assist in any situation. The breakfast highlight was the fruits for me. I used the shuttle service and it was on time and very good. Totally recommended and I would come back.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Jimmi and Mia. All staffs in front desk, service, housekeeping and kitchen worked very hard to provide exceptional service. We can see how hard they work and tried their best to make all customers feel welcome and satisfied. The staffs definitely the asset for this hotel. The location of the hotel is only a step away from old quarters, near to many local attractions and restaurants. If you want to explore Hanoi for few days, this hotel is good choice. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff ist really really friendly and they will help you a lot. The location is really great, you can easily walk in only a few minutes to the lake, to the crowded streets for food and drinks. And the room was really quiet, there was no noise from the street! We had an amazing stay at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel in Hanoi! The service here truly goes above and beyond—staff are incredibly attentive, always ready to open the door, carry luggage, and assist with anything we needed. We’ve stayed in four different rooms, and each one was clean, well-appointed, and had a lovely view. On our last stay, they surprised us with an upgrade to the nicest room on the highest floor as a thank-you for our loyalty, which was such a wonderful gesture. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the heart of Hanoi. The hotel also helped us book limousines and sleeper buses for our excursions, and we were even able to rent a scooter directly from them, which was super convenient. Overall, we loved our stay at Hanoi Indochine Premium and couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Backpackers sweat house. The place looks ok in the photos only. We got their most expensive room expecting decent accommodations. The place is run down. Equivalent of well used Motel6. AC is set up to shut off every 90 minutes so you wake up all sweaty. My guess you get low value in Hanoi. Not sure why reviews are so optimistic. The staff is very nice and breakfast is good. Location is not accessible by car and it rains frequently here. Surcharge for credit card 4%.
