We loved our stay. The staff were so personable and friendly. No request was any trouble. The facilities were lovely and our family enjoyed the complimentary activities - the morning walk through the rice paddy fields was definitely worth it and the daily afternoon teas a wonderful way to end the day. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. A quiet oasis after spending the day sightseeing.

Outstanding staff and pool area

The staff went above and beyond to be as warm and helpful as possible. The resort us situated in s besutiful spot on the waterfront , we were so impressed with the food selection and quality we dined in the restaurant fir all meals ! The food was five star standard , I'm a chef by trade and couldn't fault breakfast lunch or dinner , defiantly a high light !

beautiful and scenic

Pros: the service and staff
Location: shopping in candidasa is just basic shopping and we didnt eat in town we did some tours and alot of people we talked to did diving and snorkling
I along with my friend stayed for 9 days at rama candidasa and found the stay very enjoyable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, food was nice but buffet got abit boring, enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to go and relax.

Gym Yoga in the garden, pool and friendly staff

Absolutely loved it! Staying as a couple or on your own is excellent. You have a quite 5 star feeling with the service and the staff. The Spa is superb but not cheap. Will not stay there with the children under 12. However, loved the retreat-like feellig to myself.

Peaceful hotel in beautiful location

Beautiful peaceful hotel in quiet location right on the water. No beach but pool right by ocean makes up for this. Our room was clean & modern, we had no complaints with the room. The food at the Garpu Restsursnt was great, especially dinner. Breakfast was included, Buffett style. Friendly staff in hotel $ restaurant.

Very nice hotel,very comfortable.

Pros: Very comfortable hotel.
Cons: Get new covers that cover the brekky pastries that work. Have the staff smile more, pool attendant hasnt smiled in years all the staff look tired
Location: Candi dasa,Snorkelling, Relaxing.
Enjoyed Rama, 3rd time now,but their food menu, hasnt been changed in years,we had to go to restaurants in town, to enjoy our food, Ramas breakfast had flies all over the pastries,it was disgusting. Very comfortable hotel though. We were also charged over $151 extra for our 12 year old daughter to sleep on the couch for 3 nights, bedding was placed on the couch, but $151 AUD, is totally unacceptable.

good hotel in a quiet area

Pros: Efficient and happy staff
Cons: organizing a taxi is different. We are used to going to the door and asking for a cab. The hotel wants you to use the tour desk which is awkward
Location: good location for snorkeling and diving
Good restaurant, great staff, ideal location for a quiet holiday. A little out of town but easy to arrange tours and excursions.
