They closed the pool for private events both days of our stay and the music was so loud through the evening. The hotel forgot about their paying quests, closed the pool and loud music late into the nights

Great hotel . The staff is so pleasant and the aérea is great for shopping , eating and fun . I loved the hotel . I will change breakfast as I taught it lacked variety .

Great hotel but take a read
Excellent location if you want to be close to Burgos street. We had an issue with our AC in check in day and had to move rooms. The hotel claimed to have given us an equivalent premium deluxe as our first room. It felt smaller. Front desk could have been a bit friendlier to be honest. Not even an offer or a coupon for anything at the hotel. The AC was basically dripping and soaking the floor and they tried to fix it three times much to my inconvenience as we were very tired from travel and therefore our rest was constantly interrupted . I had to ask for the room change. The door staff were amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk could be friendlier by Philippines standards. I have travelled the country extensively.

Had a great time staying here. December 2023. Very professional and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend. Tip: pic the highest floor you can get to have beautiful views of the Manila skyline!
