Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. While being in the room, I could smell the room not being cleaned, and I ended up being right when I opened the fridge(not working) with a live roach. Not only that, the bathroom has a smell that I couldn’t describe, I have sensitive smell that I could smell when it’s jot maintain cleaned. It was really upsetting and very uncomfortable staying there and while I was staying the host never addressed my concern and demanding for a refund. I never enjoyed my stayed there and it was just disgusting overall. I will never ever coming back.
