Our place has the best location in Muntinlupa area. It is with in a gated subdivsion yet it is near to major edtablishments such as grocery stores, restaurants and banks.
3 mins walk to grocery ( Puregold/Savemore)
5 mins walk to hospital (MCM)
3 mins walk to public transport
3 mins walk from fast food/ restaurant (Jolibee, Max's, Shakeys, Red Ribbon, Dominos and Pizza Hut.
Malls such as Festival Mall, Landmark, Ayala Southpark, Starmall and SM Tunasan us just one ride away at 8 Php.
Airport is 30 minutes away. ASIAN Hospital is 5-10 minutes drive.
We also have free netflix and karaoke for fun night.
