It looks fresh. Was served in chafing dish but food was cold. Have to wait one morning for breakfast coz they said they were full but at least 12 seats were available. They reserved seats for other guest who came in later. Front desk will not greet you. Housekeeping is wonderful. All of them are nice and efficient.

The Good: The gym and breakfast are excellent. For us the location was fantastic. The bad: Maintenance issues. The towel holder was broke, as well as the grab bars on the toilet. We didn't require the grab bars, as the are broke, they got in the way. The water isn't potable. The shower has build up dirt in the corner, there is no soap holder and the units on the wall for dispencing soap were not working. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The ugly. The ladies at the front desk lacked concern and a good disposition. Check in was the worst I personally have experienced. I requested change for a larger bill and the lady rolled her eyes at me as if I was a huge inconvenience. Called the front desk requesting towels, they stated, they will be right up. Three hours later called again, a guy was at the desk and got them right up. Toilet paper was also an issue. They requested a deposit and we still don't understand why. Additionally they wanted a cash deposit of 1,000 P per day. This was unexpected.

Obviously new rooms that are very spacious and clean. And the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay is even incomparable with breakfast other hotels with slightly more expensive rates as the line up of food was very good. We're already planning to come back soon.
