This is our usual hotel when staying in Manila, but i'm seriously thinking about changing that .First when we arrived the hand towels were missing . So i called housekeeping. The girl said she would send someone up with the towels . That never happened. Got lucky that housekeepers were just outside our room when we stepping out for the evening . Their pool attendants are not trained properly & tend to slack off . Getting on an elevator this trip was an experience. The hotel is small with only 2 elevators & no service elevator for their staff . This trip it took so long to getting on an elevator . They were all filled , way too crowded

Great polite staff. I got ill and the breakfast and restaurant staff made sure I ate and made me feel cared for. Restaurant on roof is nice and has good food and drink at a reasonable price. Will book again.
