All the employees are extremely helpful! If you call the front desk someone is at your door shortl! The breakfast buffet is a great value best kept secret in Ermita!!

Room 211 fix the hot water

Stay 5 nights I booked it for my family I would’ve given it 10 star, they never informed me that the shower on room 211 don’t have hot water. If they informed me I could’ve ask the hotel to moved them on different room but they never complained to me. They only mentioned it to me after they checked out. So please look into room 211 fix the hot water.
