After the first 24 hours of our stay, most every staff member knew my name. This country is populated by friendly, courteous people but the staff here surpassed the norm. The hotel's location is very central to Metro Manila. 10 mins walk to MRT station and easy accesible to taxi/cab. Robinsons Galleria Mall shopping centre is just below the hotel. The property is maintained well, clean, and all staff are courteous and helpful.

This is the second time I have stayed here and will likely not be the last. Mike as the Breakfast Ambassador is AWESOME!!! The housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff are amazing. I was always greeted with a big smile. I feel very much at home here and consider it a wonderful choice.

"This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the mall as well as transportation. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.
