I stayed here for a week while I was in Makati. The location is great. It's walking distance from anything you'd like to do. The rooms are a cool, rustic design. Which I liked. The only problem I had was the different occasions I saw roaches. Now I understand I'm in Philippines, and sometimes you may see ants or a roach every now and then. But I killed a roach in my room almost everyday I was there. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Only redeeming quality is the service to be prefectly honest. The bathroom is dirty, the towels are old, the bedsheet and pillow is low quality, the TV rarely works, the phone doesn't work.
