Ema Unit with Aircon near Kalibo Airport & beach

Our unit is 15-20 mins ride from Kalibo International Airport, located along Cardinal Sin avenue, Polo, New Washington, Aklan (main road).

We also cater foods and drinks upon request in advance.

Rest assured that we are cleaning and sanitizing the unit every booking as we value our guest’s health & safety!

The space
This is a fully airconditioned private studio unit. Best fit for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It has double sized bed and bathroom. Additional of 1 double sized floor mattress will be available for 4pax booking.

Unit is just along main highway and beside Oscor Mart.

Light cooking is allowed and basic kitchen utensils are provided. Water kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker and oven toaster are available. We have dining table and chair inside the unit.

We also provide starter toiletries such as towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and tissue.

This property has small swimming pool that guest can avail with a fee (strictly subject for availability and must inform host before booking if planning to use).

It is also near public beach and guest can go to the beach for free. Beach is just 2-3 mins walk from the unit.

There is 1 parking space with ₱50/day fee and mineral for sale in the unit (subject for availability).

Important notes:
1. Wi-Fi internet connection is available, please expect slow or intermittent connection as its a province. Smart cellular signal is available in the area.

2. Power interruption is unpredictable depending on Akelco. Sometimes 30-90 minutes black out. Solar battery-powered fan is the backup.

3. Other amenities/services are available upon request in advance with a fee.

4. Guest must coordinate all concerns/requests to HOST ONLY via VRBO chat and not to the caretakers/persons in the area to ensure we have proper communication.

Our home can serve as a base from where you can explore many interesting places around Aklan, nearby towns and provinces. Antique, Boracay, Capiz & Roxas (1.5 hour away) Iloilo (3 hours away) and Caticlan Boracay (1.5 hour away).

Have a chance to experience the province life, see different plants, culture, fruit-bearing trees, etc.

There are tricycle and airport taxi since this is just along the main road. We also have private car with driver that can be rented for short trips. (subject for availability).
