It was very central for what we needed, we stayed for 3 days and it was comfortable, a little noisy because of the road being so close and it's Manila, Makati. Plenty of places to eat and it was near to a lovely park called Green Park with a very up market shopping mall...if that's your thing. The park was a refreshing change for the city of Makati.

Breakfast is very good. It is safe, quiet and convenient to stay. Staff were very nice. Kind and helpful. Room was tidy and clean but toilet is not good. Water in toilet was not passing from the floor.

If you're looking for extremely efficient and exceedingly friendly staff and a great bargain, then this is certainly the place to come if you're after a bed and a shower. I was surprised at the high level of service for such a low cost and I was also surprised at this hotel's cleanliness... My experience was great and my expectations for the price were outmatched! I will gladly recommend this property!
