More staff on the check in counters. Long queues and so it took too long to check in. The room smelled of ammonia (urine) and so did the hallway. Breakfast was like a marketplace. Having said all that, the staff were all trying to keep up. It was a Valentines Day weekend but extra resources should have been employed.
