Two bedroom suite was outstanding. Plenty of room and loved the windows. Needed another room a week later but all booked up. I had to book elsewhere, going to be hard to surpass our stay here.

Excellent minus one service

Overall excellent stay, no issues, recommend to anyone. Except for one thing, their breakfast, just seems so uncoordinated and not managed well. Open at 6 and I show up at 615am, they're mopping the floor, no eggs in the pot, no one at the omelette station, food is cold, servers are hanging around together. 6am open means be ready for customets not starting your shift. This was multiple days not just once. Still had choices but it was just very disappointing. Excluding that, the hotel is excellent.

This very friendly hotel continues to be a favourite. Having stayed there almost 28 years ago, we were pleased to see it is as good as it was back then. Perfect for a family stay. Great breakfast, easy direct access to Robinson’s Mall and quiet rooms. For those wanting to stay in Pasig, it is an economical but good quality hotel. It is a short walk to SM Mega Mall, the new Pavilion Mall and Edsa Shangrila. Greenhills is a short drive away: 10 mins via Grab. I recommend it for business or family stays.

I stayed at 5 diff hotels on my trip to manila, from el nido to manila to boracay, and the holiday inn was for sure the nicest of the 5. Great location with mall access from several hotel floors, the friendliest staff, clean and modern rooms, very safe location in pasig, everything was great!
