It is fairly new hotel but rooms too small, no hot water, very noisy inside and outside, hard to get anywhere heavy traffic. they don't clean the room floor often, dusty.no fridge, water jugs, complimentary tea or coffee. My last day I asked security guy to get me a taxi, he made a deal with taxi driver not to open meter and charge us 400 pesos the I noticed taxi driver gave money to security guard, I have been many times in Philippines never experience this before. Get your own taxi and make sure they turn on the meter

Clean and close to everything. Value for money.

My main concern is that, for most travellers they don't have control of their time. Some arrive very early in the morning or late in the afternoon and are very tired. From my experience, I have forewarned the hotel staff that I will be arriving between 3:30 AM & 4:00AM and need to chk in early. But when i arrived at the hotel at 4:00AM, they told me that their early chk in is after 6:00AM even though I was willing to pay the extra cost. Being tired from my trip I was forced to sit on the chair without a backrest and wait in the lobby instead of resting in my room in bed. I don't understand why i have to wait for 6:00AM when the room is already available. Next time if I know that my arrival is before 6:00AM I think I will be forced to find another hotel with more flexibility. Rest and shower is very important to me when travelling. If I am force to sit in the lobby for hours then this hotel is not for me.

In your reviews, you state that you arrived at the Hotel at around 4am and need to check in early, as our Hotel policy and procedure, our standard check in time is 2pm, our early check in time is at 6am with extra cost, if our guest will arrived before 6am, 1 night will run through aside from their original booking. Again please accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenience we have caused you. Your complaint has inspired us to re train our staff. Now, all employees have been reminded to explain the appropriate procedure of our Hotel policy and regulations. We hope that your next stay with us will better meet our standard of excellence.
