Warm greetings from Hop Inn Hotel Makati! Thank you for choosing and staying with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay at our establishment did not meet your expectations. In your reviews, you state that you arrived at the Hotel at around 4am and need to check in early, as our Hotel policy and procedure, our standard check in time is 2pm, our early check in time is at 6am with extra cost, if our guest will arrived before 6am, 1 night will run through aside from their original booking. Again please accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenience we have caused you. Your complaint has inspired us to re train our staff.
