Rooms were clean and staff friendly however building is in very poor condition, terrible smell in bathroom ( raw sewer ) and uncomfortable beds , was happy to only spend one night there . Was close to the mall of Asia so that was the only positive thing , I would not recommend this hotel

The staff were excellent. Very polite and very attentive. It looked like everybody really enjoyed their jobs and it shows in the way they treat their guests. Location is excellent. Only walking distance to the Mall of Asia and there are other nearby shopping centres, too. The breakfast room was very nicely and traditionally decorated and the food selection is lovely. It's not a big selection but there is a mix of Filipino and Western options. The room we were in was comfortable but I feel it could do with a bit of updating. The halls smelled strongly of cleaning reagents which might bother some people. Overall, we had a great stay and will come back to Hotel 101 on our next trip to Manila.

The only thing was we had 3 people and only had towels for 2 so had to wait for an extra towel set when we just arrived from our 24hr journey & it was @3AM. It would have been nice to just have them all ready so we can freshen up and not have to worry about waiting for an extra set of towels
