We stayed at room 827 for a night and bathroom is clogged and flooding from the shower to the sink, microwave was also broken. During check in there was 2 check in agent and when we approached the guy who check us in he was not happy to help us. I will not go back to this hotel again.

First room had blood on the sheets. Under the sheets the under cover had more stains not sure what it was. The mattress was dirty under it on the sides as well. They moved us to another room. That room the air con froze the next day and it was so hot. They had to move us to another room that was waaaay nicer than the the other two rooms. They should just put us there to begin with. Staff was respectful and kind.

Only good thing was location to airport The room AC worked very well in regards to cooling the room, but was extremely loud. The bathroom had black mould on walls and mirror. Sheets and general floor area were clean though. Sound is an issue with the planes going at all hours, so you will need ear plugs and be a heavy sleeper.
