I accidentally left my ID in the closet after checking out and called the hotel right away to have it kept for pickup. Unfortunately, I was told it couldn’t be found. I expected something this important would merit a manager’s attention, but despite my request, I was informed only housekeeping handles such issues. It was disappointing that a matter involving a lost ID wasn’t managed with more care or urgency.

Hotel is in a great location with friendly staff but the hotel needs upgrading. I feel absolutely safe with the security guard checking every vehicle that enters.

I was assigned to 828 in which the room is decent but has an awful smell coming from the bathroom. I was really exhausted was able to sleep for few hours but the bad smell keep me awake… Maybe this is the chance that particular room need to be inspect the cover was loose also, hope this will have a work order to fix. Thank you over all customer service is good everyone is nice to help and also i was able to transfer to another room
